Mission Statement

A home educational organization desiring to provide services which will aid in communication, education, edification and promotion of a positive awareness of home education in the community. We are not affiliated with a particular church, homeschool, or school campus, but operate independently of such. We welcome families with that common bond of desiring the best for our children as they learn at home, whether through the lifestyle of learning or specific curricula.

This website serves as a resource to all families interested in home education.

We are home educators who want to encourage and provide a resource for those who choose this wonderful opportunity for their own family's educational needs.

Although we are based in the West Tennessee area, some of the information found here is of a broader scope, and may encompass a greater sphere of influence.

Feel free to browse, however, membership in NHE (the Network of Home Education) may be required to access some information provided here. Here is a membership application.

NHE provides local seminars, opportunities for exchanging curriculum and ideas, and regular monthly meetings.

NHE helps those commencing or considering home education by providing introductory packets, and by holding monthly orientation meetings.

NHE also maintains an email list for its members who wish to subscribe.
